Our natural playground items are made to commercial industry standards. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, just phone us toll free at (877) 840-0707 to discuss the matter. Generally, refunds are available for the purchase price of the item, but please note that the customer, not Natural Playgrounds USA, is generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY
Our natural playground items generally ship by motor freight, except for small orders of playground rock-themed borders, which may ship via UPS. If you'd like an exact freight quote for the natural play items that interest you, just phone our Sales Department toll free at (877) 840-0707. Shipping usually takes 2 - 5 weeks, depending on the item in question. For your information, our office schedules observe all U.S. national holidays and many religious holidays.
